Terms of Service

Welcome to AI DigitalPreneurs (aidigitalpreneurs.com, the "Site"), operated by Todd Geese ("Todd G", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to access in your jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states) to use this service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you where you live and where you place any wagers.

2. What AI DigitalPreneurs is (and isn't)

AI DigitalPreneurs is a additional income training, recommendation, and information site. We are not a service provider. We only recommend and train on tools, information, and services that we either use ourselves or have used. Nothing on the Site is a solicitation to purchase unnecessary product, services, or tools unless you want them for your own personal use.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account's billing page. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Site.
  • Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Don't attempt to interfere with other users' accounts or data.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Site disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Site or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
